Do I need prior competition experience?

Nope. This meet is designed to be welcoming for first-time competitors and experienced lifters alike.

Do I need to be a member of a powerlifting federation?

No federation membership required. Just sign up and show up.

Do I have to cut weight?

Absolutely not. Pick the weight class closest to your current bodyweight — no manipulation needed.

How is Best Lifter determined?

Using the DOTS scoring formula, which adjusts each lifter's total based on bodyweight so everyone competes on a level playing field.
