What to Expect
All Classes kick off as a group with a coach-led warm-up covering mobility and movement prep, followed by the main programmed session: barbell-based strength work with accessory movements, and/or a mix of hybrid training depending on class type. Weight is always your call. We close out together with a group cool-down, coach notes, and time to actually meet the women in the room
Our Strength Classes on the main barbell movements: Squat, Bench Press & Deadlift with mechanical instruction and accessory work.
Our Specialty Classes vary from Hybrid Training, Upper/Lower Body Conditioning, Mobility & Movement, Runners Strength and Movement Pattern Beginnings Workshops.
Link Ups are SGC's monthly full-body class, open to all levels. Class and recovery time are intentionally extended — giving you space to connect with the people around you and build real community. Each session centers on one of the main barbell movements, supported by accessory work and finished with conditioning.
